This
tour could be done with or with out a guide, some of the hotel like
Chaa Creeks Lodge uses as a fun way to transfer customer out. The
Mopan River is a light flow river surrounded by the tropical rain
forest of El Cayo in Belize. Since the Mopan River flows from the
Guatemala boarder to Belize City there is many areas of the Mopan
you can Kayaked for your enjoyment. Some of the area you can
kayak or canoe have very light rapids other parts are slow. You my
also go up river paddling and them ride the river back to your
original point. This tour will give you bird-watching as well as an
array of flora and there is the small villages along the river and
the way of the Belizean people you can take in.
